Plated Indian fine dining

A Modern Indian Kitchen · Bengaluru

Familiar flavours,
beautifully plated.

Regional Indian classics, reimagined by a chef who grew up between his nani's kitchen in Lucknow and his uncle's tandoor in Amritsar. Warm room. Family-friendly. Never fussy.

The Kitchen

A kitchen that remembers home.

Chef Ankit grew up between Lucknow and Amritsar, and Urban Bite is what happens when those two kitchens meet a modern stove. We do not chase trends. We cook what we love, plate it with care, and pour generously.

Our dal sits on the embers for twenty-four hours before it touches a plate. Our breads are pressed and fired to order. Our cocktails are stirred at the bar, never poured from a bottle.
